Reflections

Some thoughts arrive quietly.

There are some who say that writing or journaling is a form of therapy. Writing has been a way for me to understand and to make sense of the world around me.

Sometimes a thought begins with something small: a line in a book, a scene in a movie, a memory, a question, a moment that refuses to leave.

I follow it to see where it leads.

Sometimes it becomes an answer. Sometimes it becomes more questions. Sometimes it simply becomes a way of seeing something differently than I did before.

These are some of those thoughts.
